  We started working on our home extension and renovation project in August 2024 and work began in June 2025. HomePlus completed their work in early October 2025. We would like to have seen more design process discussions at the start. We found all of the tradies and subcontractors to be very professional and friendly as we’re all of the HomePlus staff. We found it a pleasant and productive experience through all parts of the process as was engagement with the process managers and supervisors. Everyone kept us up-to-date and communications were timely. A special mention and thanks to Andy, Nathan and Wendell at Cruz Construction.

  I would absolutely recommend Home Plus Improvements. The trades worked with wonderful precision, were well mannered and gentlemen like. Our Site Supervisor, Andy communicated brilliantly, kept us well informed, the project ran to schedule and he promptly returned our inquiries. We are very grateful for the extension to our home; it just as we had dreamed it would be.

  Many thanks to the Homeplus team for our extension and all the work that went into it. Our job was pretty fiddly and we appreciated all your advice. The team guided us through from concept, planning, council, absolutely everything. Where issues arose, they were also responsive and communicative. I absolutely recommend them and all their contractors, plumbing, builder, cement, plasterers, they were all very easy to work with and got the job done.

  Just wanted to let you know how grateful my family and I are for everything you and the team at Homeplus Improvements have done for us at our home in Prospect. Right from the start, your suggestions were spot on in terms of how we should renovate and reconfigure the house. What walls should go, where the kitchen should be, what we should do about the windows, floors etc. The house had many different construction stages which you made feel very seamless and easy for us to digest and cope with. The work that you and your team of trades have done has been first class, they all have been very efficient, well presented and well-spoken at all times, and they totally respected the home. Thanks for all of the hard work you have done yourself Steve, You have made what could have been a very difficult and stressful process for us, to one that has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Nothing ever seemed too hard for you, it really shows that you enjoy what you do and you do it well. Now that everything is finished, I just wanted to say thank you. Me and the family can sit back now and enjoy our beautiful home and will always look back gratefully and be thankful that we crossed paths.
