After analyzing few builders was about to sign contract with one of them. A good friend of mine referred future homes building group. I made a casual visit and met these blokes. Very professional, very friendly, very honest and price is very reasonable, and within a day I changed my mind to go with these guys. They are one stop shop and took care of planning, designing, getting in touch with the council and lodging the plan with the council. The biggest thing I found in them is it is very easy for you to communicate with these guys and they respond spontaneously (which I missed while building my previous home with another builder). Throughout the build I had updates pretty much every week with the photos and other details. My house was constructed in a record time of less than four months (My previous home took 11 months for construction). The quality of products and appliances they use is very good. I did not go for any upgrades. Finally they handed over the property as agreed without any issues. Post handover support was excellent which impressed me a lot since that is when you will know the true color of the builder. I have already referred my friend and they are about to sign the contract. Happy to recommend these guys to anyone. In the future if I am going for a new house construction, I don't think I'll waste time evaluating other builders since I know where to go. - Vibin.

We engaged the services of Future Homes Building Group for our construction project during 2021. Having investigated a variety of builders (both large and small) we recognized the benefit of working with Future Homes Building Group, a boutique builder who was small enough to provide a bespoke service, while also having the business acumen to remain industry competitive and deliver our vision within budget. During the design phase Lebba Chakkour and Frank De Palo joined us onsite, allocating considerable time to listen to and understand our goals and overall vision for the project. We were impressed with their attention to detail, as they articulated a skilled understanding of the building process that highlighted potential barriers to success. Frank’s innovative approach to design, crystalised our vision, bringing our design brief to life in a manner that far exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with the high quality of specifications (and choice) provided within the contract. This guaranteed a quality finish without any unexpected budget blowouts. Where we could not find what we wanted in their range they were happy to work with us to engage with alternative products and suppliers. This flexibility ensured that our project was finished to the standard and quality we envisaged. At all times during the site preparation and construction phase, the team maintained open and clear communication with regards to the building process and trades onsite. Attending trades were professional, courteous and committed to delivering a high standard of work. At the conclusion of construction any defects were promptly addressed. The high level of communication certainly reduced levels of stress and made this part of the journey, less challenging and enjoyable. Covid-19 brought with it unprecedented challenges that have been felt acutely within the Australian Building Industry. While Future Homes Building Group was most certainly affected by issues related to supply constraints and availability of trades, this was without excessive impact on our project, particularly with regards to budget and completion. While it is almost certain that this dynamic environment provided numerous seemingly insurmountable headaches for the team, they worked very hard behind the scenes to make it ‘look easy’ and alleviate any anxiety we may have had. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Future Homes Building Group. Lebba and Frank worked tirelessly with passion to deliver a high-quality project within budget. It is fair to say that they not only that not only built us a space to live and work in now, but one that will continue to enhance, enrich and enliven the quality of our family life for many years to come.
