We'd highly recommend Chris and his team from Vella Build to any Sunshine Coast residents who value quality workmanship, attention to detail, regular communication and being respectfully heard and involved throughout the process. Chris maintains a detailed and well communicated build schedule which helps all trades/clients plan accordingly. The neat and tidy job-sites definitely add to the efficiency of Chris' builds. We also enjoy working closely with their clients during the cabinetry design stage, customising each room to suit the wants, needs and dreams of each family, keeping within budget and ensuring the whole team is on the same page. Chris and his team recently completed a project at our property. We were impressed with his communication and forward planning - including meeting on site to ensure the team understood the brief, materials were available etc. The team were helpful and considerate - with no rubbish or tools left on site at the end of each day. Looking forward to working with Chris and the team on the next project.
