  We highly recommend the Coastal Patios team. The whole process of upgrading our patio was made easy and trouble-free by the team. James in sales was excellent and talked us through the options without any crazy sales pitch. He provided 3D renders of the proposal, along with a detailed quote and timeline. Coastal Patios have finely tuned their admin, so accepting the quote, signing the contract, etc was easily carried out. Moving forward to the actual construction, Matt and Brendon were the build team and were terrific. Their communication was excellent, they arrived on time each day and their workmanship was exemplary. We're so happy we picked Coastal Patios to build our new patio.

From the very first consult, to updates from sales, reception and the build team, timely responses and answers to our questions were provided quickly and to the point. Their attention to service and customer satisfaction was noticeable and very much appreciated. I would recommend Coastal Patios again and again. Thankyou. A well organised team.

  From quotation to completion the team at coastal patios were awesome. The communication and quality of work was nothing short of exceptional. I had a low flyover insulated patio installed and i am extremely impressed with the build quality and the professionalism of the team. Build team were respectful and tidy, keeping the work site clean at all times.

  I wanted to take the time to thank everyone involved in our carport build that was finished today. Our journey started with Tim. Super friendly and helpful. Met us on a Saturday morning in the showroom opening up just for us. Patiently answered a lot of questions, twice I’m sure. Then I think Steve came out for the check measure. Also helpful, and very diligent. Happily made adjustment to plan when I queried it / explained we wanted it a bit wider than usual. The admin team very responsive when payments made, updates to schedule / notifying office closure over Xmas. Reuben our project manager. Very responsive to emails, calls and helped to move our material delivery when the build date was moved. Then we met Jacob at 625am yesterday. We were really impressed. Very professional introduction, on time. He and Ashton have been so respectful of our home and genuinely nice people. They have worked so hard both days with minimal breaks (630a to 5pm - and counting as they’re still finishing up as I write this). I’ve been blown away with how precise they’ve been. It is a quality job. They have also cleaned the site each day. It’s been a pleasure to have met them both. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for making this process so easy. What a wonderful team you have. I’m so pleased we decided to go with you guys over the other quotes we got. I work in Customer Experience so can confidently say you should be very proud of the service you offer. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a carport / patio.
