Had a large garage, concrete slabs and retaining walls installed by Total Span Capalaba in 2025. Prue and Dave in the office are really friendly and very accommodating and make the design, customisation and admin easy. Building approvals were fast and made simple despite the bushfire regulations and planning restrictions on our property. Grant and his team of concreters and builders are great to have on site, really friendly and very focused. Attention to detail is spot on - resulting in high quality work. The whole process has been fast, affordable and easy. Thank you to Grant and his entire team!

The entire team at Totalspan were great, I am very happy with my new carport. During the busiest time of the year, they managed to organise a quote within a reasonable timeframe, deliver materials on the exact date they advised 6 weeks prior, and the installation was on the scheduled date. They maintained communication all the way through. The sales staff were great and very informative, administration were very helpful and the installation team were very professional.

As a self build project and my first time. I can't thank them enough, 5 star service. Everything was perfect. From packaing/delivery/instruction and additional help when i got stuck. Brad and Prue were a delight to work with, nothing was too much trouble and our expectations of service delivery and then the supply and construction of our shed were on time and as arranged. (Not an easy task when you are building a shed on an island.
