The team delivered great quality work and even though this is now hidden beneath paint, I have complete peace of mind knowing the work was done with care and attention. Their level of communication with me through the project was excellent; they kept me updated on what was happening and why, which really built my confidence in the process. The wall now looks brand new.   Our home was architecturally designed and built about 45 years ago. It is an octagon shape. This presented numerous challenges for the renovation as it is not a straightforward house. The works included a new internal staircase, two new bathrooms, kitchen, extra bedrooms, downstairs flooring and opening-up sections for open-plan living. Shawn and his team have achieved a brilliant outcome. Shawn’s ability to identify improvements, foresee potential issues and solve problems that arose, his excellent communication and advice, enabled us to feel confident and happy throughout the renovation. Shawn and his team are professional and their attention to detail, their care about the quality of the materials and craftsmanship, is demonstrated in the end result. They were all very helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are thrilled with our renovated home and would absolutely recommend City2Bay Constructions.

  We engaged City to Bay Constructions for a fairly complex renovation and couldn’t be happier with the result. The scope included a fully accessible, zero-threshold entertaining area, a fly-over roof, a drainage solution between the living space and outdoor pool surround, and the conversion of a bedroom into a new bathroom. The project needed to be NDIS compliant, but just as importantly, it had to look good. Shawn and the team absolutely nailed that balance. They managed a lot of moving parts and competing interests along the way, including an occupational therapist, an NDIS building inspector, and us as the owners. Communication was clear throughout, expectations were well managed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of the outcome. Even after the job was completed and paid for, they came back promptly to address a minor shower head issue that wasn’t of their making, without hesitation. Great workmanship, great communication, and a team that takes real pride in their work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City to Bay Constructions.

I can not praise these boys enough for the work that they do, and very very good at what they do and do it with great professionalism.
