Nest Bespoke Homes

We would highly recommend Nest as the boutique builder you need to make your dreams come true. Ryan and his team take care to listen to your requests, consult you through out the entire design process and are so patient when you have just a few extra questions (again) or when life circumstances get too hectic. Loren effortlessly understood our vision and was able to suggest beautiful options for our interior design. If unsure about a decision, we felt very confident to leave it with her and Loren has nailed it! Our house build was handled professionally and with such a high level of care; our site manager, Josh, was happy to provide updates, take us through for frequent inspections and helped us overcome challenges that presented. Using the best trades was also another reason why we chose Nest; literally no notes! The finishes were immaculate! We are so happy in our new home and love how the house looks gorgeous but is functioning well for our family's needs, just as we had hoped! If we're lucky enough to build again, we will take our project back to Nest!

I cannot recommend Nest Bespoke Homes enough. Ryan and his crew, including the sub contractors that came on site, I cannot fault. When we bought the place, a previous owner had done an extension that looked like a council toilet block. Ryan had that demolished and replaced it with an amazing space. We absolutely love it. We are using it every day. Thanks again Ryan.

★★★★★ We recently engaged Nest Bespoke Homes to deliver our new flagship showroom, and the result has exceeded every expectation. This isn't our first project with Ryan and his team, and with each build they continue to raise the bar for what the building industry should look like. Ryan's leadership sets the tone — and Loren, Josh, and their quality tradespeople deliver on that vision with exceptional professionalism and genuine pride in their craft. The finished space is absolutely stunning, and we couldn't be prouder to welcome clients through our doors. If you're looking for a builder who truly cares about the end result, Nest Bespoke Homes is simply in a class of their own.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing plastering work for Nest on a number of their homes and they’re always fantastic to deal with. Professional, easy to work with and they truly care about the end result for their clients. You can tell they take pride in building quality homes and looking after everyone involved. Highly recommend Ryan, Loren and the team.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Ryan, Lauren and all the team from Nest Bespoke Homes! They built two houses for us on a steep site, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, their professionalism and dedication were evident as they expertly navigated us through some challenging situations and various hurdles throughout the knock down, subdivide and build two houses project. Their problem-solving skills and communication kept us informed every step of the way. Lauren worked closely with us on the interior design to ensure our vision came to life while helping us stay within budget, she is on my perfectionist wavelength too. Nest Bespoke teams’ advice on what was truly important versus where we could save money was invaluable. You can expect quality craftsmanship without blowing your budget. No shoddy window joinery or wonky finishings, we like to think we are chilled out customers, but we do have high expectations. Ryan's staff are also very polite, start early and work hard. Ryan thought of things we didn’t even know we wanted or needed. It wasn’t until we moved in, we discovered cool lights, provisions for Solar, security gates/alarm systems installed etc. Their subcontractors also maintain high standards, ensuring every detail meets their exceptional level of quality. And once you move in any little last touches that need done, they don’t do a Houdini! I have many friends that have waited weeks / months for their builders to return to do the final fixes. We highly recommend Ryan and the whole Nest team to anyone looking to build. Thank you for everything. We will be building again soon and next time it will be a flat section!
