  Great service, I phoned 3 other shade sail places around Brisbane all of which were "too" busy to call back or just plain rude. Ben answered my questions and booked the repair of my shade sail right there and then. The installer/repairer Sam was brilliant and friendly. Sunguard assessed the repair based on the photos I sent them, and recommended we upgrade the fixtures as the originals were under weight. They deserve 10 stars.
