We had an excellent experience with Second Nature Builders from start to finish. We had the interior of our house renovated. Sean was incredibly supportive and took the time to sit down with us, talk everything through, and genuinely listen to what we wanted. The on-site team (Ryan & Khye) were respectful and understanding of us living in the home during the renovation, which made the process far less stressful. They handled everything with professionalism, care, and exceptional skill. Their workmanship was excellent, and it was clear they took pride in working hard and delivering quality results. They communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project and managed all of the other trades efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly. The renovation ran to schedule even after some additional variations. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with our second experience working with Second Nature Builders. Our Kitchen only just completed last week and 12months previously, our bathroom. Both rooms were completed exactly how I envisioned them to look, and with high quality standards. I would also never hesitate to recommend Sean and his team because of the great communication, from the first phone call right through until after the job is completed. If I had any questions or concerns, I felt Sean was very efficient at listening and answering my questions.

We have just finished a very large renovation of our Queenslander which was a live in reno for nearly 4 months. Sean and his team were amazing - We have previously completed several residential and commercial projects and hands down Sean and his team are the best builders we have ever worked with. Great communication, exceptional organisation and project management skills and pride in producing very high level quality and attention to detail. Special thanks also to Ben and Simon who really went the extra mile. We love our house and look forward to working with Second Nature Builders again in the future on other projects.

We are so grateful to Sean and his team for the project they completed for us! They helped absolutely transform our front slope for our new pool - including landscaping, 27m long retaining wall, pool steps/tiling, plus organised all the extras such as pool fencing and the earthing. Fantastic communication throughout (phone calls, site visits, prompt responses to my multiple emails), excellent project management, amazing attention to detail (they genuinely really care about getting the best results), incredibly hard working and great interpersonal skills (I’m sure I would have driven anyone else mad!).
