We would highly recommend Ben and the team at Alphaline to anyone considering building a tiny home. From the early consultation and design phase through to final build and delivery, everything was handled professionally with clear, consistent communication around design, finance and timelines. They were accommodating with changes before final sign-off, which made the whole process feel collaborative and stress-free. Delivery and setup were seamless - Ben personally transported the tiny home with his Unimog, and the level of professionalism really stood out. We’ve now been living in our tiny home for about a year and are extremely pleased with the quality of the build. It was truly tested during severe storms, high winds and flooding in our local area - and we had no issues at all. The insulation, air quality and overall solidity of the home have been excellent. We’re fully off-grid with the solar system and composting toilet arranged through Alphaline’s partners, and the setup has not let us down once. Both systems run seamlessly, and even guests comment on how easy and straightforward everything is. We regularly receive compliments on the design and workmanship, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alphaline. Thanks Ben and team!

Had been looking and researching for months. Then found these guys and great experience from my first visit. I visited for just a look and after an hour of being shown around and seeing some homes, I was hooked. Couldn’t get my cheque book out quick enough. Head of sales is a sensational guy and so accomodating in using our ideas and letting us design our new home. Now, a few months later I am about to take delivery. The guys were so helpful and professional in battling thru Council who at best were difficult. But we made it and my last inspection was customer delight and should be moving in to my retirement home within weeks. Thank you 🙏 to a great team who have made the entire process a joy.

These guys went beyond their duties once I shared my story of having no fixed address due to some personal stuff and then the floods for many months. Initially, I researched extensively for the right company based on design, cost, professionalism and build time. Alphaline were my pick after visiting their warehouse and meeting Dave. I liaised mostly with Jason who I actually joked with my friends saying he was a woman, because he was so genuine, concerned and understanding of my situation. I have 2 children and I knew he was extending himself with dedicating the team with completion time by Christmas. It was cut throat but they did it. Dave, one of the owners delivered my tiny home himself with his family in tact. It was a very emotional time. Immense joy to finally provide a home for my girls and I. I was blown away. It was more beautiful than I ever imagined. I fell instantly in love with it. The craftmanship was a standout and the spacious feeling is still after 2 months a large area for us. Happy as.... The team at Alphaline built a Dakota 8400 Tiny Home for us and we had it delivered to our site last week. We are exceptionally happy with the product and they made the whole experience super smooth. You should look no further for a Tiny Home builder - these guys are amazing! From initial sales consult through to final delivery, Alphaline were excellent. They have a great range of models as your starting point, and from there they support customisations to turn the design into your dream home. Once the build started, we had a dedicated construction manager who kept a very close eye on the build and ensured there were no mistakes. He also was easily available on email / text / phone which made the process much easier. The workmanship is first class and the production facility at Brendale is super impressive - they produce many homes per week and its a well oiled machine. Finally the post-sales support and delivery was next level. Ben and Dave pulled out all the stops to personally drive our home up and down steep slopes and tight bends, delivering the home to its resting point all intact and in great condition. A great team effort from Alphaline - you will not be disappointed.

The decision to knock down and rebuild was one we took a lot of time with and worried if it was going to work - there are so many stories out there about how bad it is to build a new home! We finally went with a medium sized firm that was family owned with their own architect and designer. One of the best decisions I have made in my life. Ben, one of the brothers, was our first contact in designing what was to be our home. We took our time here and Alphaline Homes were highly understanding and amazing! They did a design analysis to then come up with our own house plan that we then took the time we needed to make sure it is what we wanted inside and out. I am really glad we took our time here and Alphaline was supportive all the way. Alphaline had a great team around them to work with us to determine the finishings and the finer details of the house pre build. Once the build started, there was no need for us to revisit the decisions we had made early one. It was around this time that we started working with John, a second brother, in project managing our the build of our house. The attention to detail and constant review and updates from John were great. Building started the day after the demolition team left site with slab and two storey frame done within 3 weeks. The timeliness was one feature that was a constant with the build with Alphaline! There was a couple of days of rain when the roof was meant to completed where we had a delay. Things did not always go to plan, they never do when there is a knock down or rebuild but between Ben and John, we were always consulted, we always discussed what were the options and site visits were easily and quickly arranged. Changes and/or modifications were worked through easily and quickly. Another key feature of Alphaline is quality. Ensuring that the foundations to all the finishing touches are important to Alphaline. Any defects found where never regarded as an issue to fix. This attitude extended to the contractors that Alphaline used as well. Then to top it off, Alphaline were able to finish building the house and hand over to us weeks prior to planned completion date. Then after full payments were made, when additional savings where achieved by Alphaline with some of the products in the house, we even received a rebate back. There have been a few issues arise post the build ie faulty oven etc, Alphaline has continually remained in touch, are extremely responsive to any post build issues and have been a delight to work with! The price of the build and the additional extras agreed early on were clearly outlined and known up front and didn't deviate except where agreed. There were clear payment schedules everything was clearly managed through BuilderTrend. The result is we have a house that has actually exceeded my expectations, it light, breezy and still feels like a dream to live in. I keep thinking we have been lucky but then when you find the right builder and both you and your builder do the work upfront, the outcome can be great!

My name is Anne Marie. 2 years ago I started to look for an alternative way of getting out of the renting world. I wanted also to retired comfortably. YouTube became my source of informations. I looked at lots of Tiny House documentary and got more and more convince that was going to be my way out. So I started looking at different company . Living in Victoria I of course started there. But I also contacted few in QLD. After few months and with the help of my daughter who has been great in supporting my project I nearly went for one in Melbourne but at the last minute i was not convinced. So I called Alphaline and talked to Dave. We straight away got on very well. And it was the start on a wonderful relationship and great experience . Dave and his team made the process of building and designing my Tiny house and breeze and an absolute pleasure. We had at the start regular zoom meting and I was looking forward to them. Dave and his interior designer (sorry I forgot her name!) understood exactly what I wanted and made sure that it was followed to the letter. The finish product is outstanding and I have been living now in my tiny house since February and I love it. The best decision I ever made with retiring!! So I would recommend Alphaline to any one who wish to built a Tiny House and looking at their website it looks like they are improving them all the time.
