I absolutely love my new bathroom/laundry. I found John so easy to talk to from the day he came to do the quote, through to contracts and inventory lists of the accessories needed. He and his team of staff and contractors were professional, friendly, and clean. John personally called me most days with updates on progress. That was really appreciated. All done within the timeframe that was quoted, apart from waiting on the mirror/shower screen (these are pending for 3 days). Quality of work done was fantastic, if you want quality at a wonderful price then contact John. I have added photos of my 30 yo previous bathroom to what it is looking like now.

John and the team were great to deal with, everything was upfront and honest from the start. Even when there was a few issues that arose when the demolition phase was being conducted, I was informed throughout the whole process and was not charged an arm and a leg for repairs that needed to be done which I was very happy about. All tradespeople knew what they were doing and happy to explain all that was happening. Was extremely impressed with the price and service. Would recommend to everyone looking for renovations and would use them again in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Promenade Bathrooms did for us. From day one, they were incredibly professional—always on time, easy to communicate with, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was how they stuck to the schedule without cutting any corners. The quality of their work was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled bathroom renovators.
