  LD Precision undertook a major reno for our house recently - including renovating 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and switching sliding door & window. The owner - Lam - were able to squeeze us in which was excellent, he knows what he is doing and inspires confidence in his clients. He communicates well and understand client's needs.   We recently undertook a major renovation to our house with LD Precision Construction encompassing 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, laundry, main hallways and the conversion of our existing timber deck to a tiled deck. We were anxious about the project as this was our first ever renovation experience especially as we had to live in the house whilst the works were being completed. We needn't have worried in hindsight as Lam and his crew from LD Precision were absolutely fantastic. They respected that this was actually a residence (not a construction site) and planned the works around our needs. Further, the entire crew are deeply respectful and courteous which was particularly important as we have a young boy in the house. The works themselves presented numerous challenges since it became apparent that the original builder had taken many shortcuts during construction. The LD Precision Crew took it all in their stride (and not once asked for a Variation to the quote) and just worked so hard to rectify the many issues for us, often late into the night. They never dropped their standards and maintained first rate quality in their workmanship despite the many weeks of long hours. Overall we cannot recommend LD Precision Construction more highly as in our experience (and after having many initial quotations from different outfits) they cannot be beaten for quality, friendliness, experience and price.
