Working with Buildfix has been a very satisfying experience. All of the team have been very easy to communicate with. Everyone was punctual and communicated arrival times well ahead of arrival so that we are able to plan our days. Bruno who first did the assessment was very informative, explained the process really well and was happy to answer all our questions. Then Andy who came to check for underground pipes etc, again explained everything as he was going along and was happy to answer our endless questions. On the day, Jordan and Sam showed us all the steps, explained everything in layman's terms and showed us the progress. We had a 25mm lift and were given a time-lapse video showing the movement. Very cool!! We are very happy with the results and would recommend Buildfix without reservation.

We recently had Buildfix relevel our old low-set Queenslander in Kelvin Grove and couldn’t be happier with the result. Our home has less than a metre of clearance underneath and was visibly uneven when we purchased it, especially in the living room. Several restumping companies told us they no longer work on low-set homes as they would need to raise the entire house first, which wasn’t even possible due to a 1940s concrete block extension. Luckily, we found Buildfix. Pedro, their structural engineer, was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring from the first visit, providing a clear quote and timeline. Before starting, they organised a plumbing and stormwater inspection to make sure everything was suitable, which really showed their thorough approach. Sam and his team completed the work and were outstanding throughout the entire process. The difference in our home is remarkable - the floors feel level, solid and stable, and you can genuinely feel it when walking across the hoop pine floors. They were also an absolute pleasure to deal with, always patient, happy to explain the process, show their progress, and answer our questions. We now feel confident renovating without worrying about cracking or further movement. Highly recommend Buildfix.

Sensational work from the team at Buildfix. All communication and works were neat and efficient. Everyone turned up on time, each time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. The reviews do not lie. An informative and speedy quote from Bruno, booking was well scheduled with Irene, Pedro and Quintin did a fantastic job lifting the house. Major cracks that were up to 15mm wide are now nothing more than hairline sized fractures. The works enabled me to open up large triple glass sliding patio doors that haven’t functioned properly for years, with no damage to them or the framework. The works closed several internal wall cracks and other issues also. It even closed up other cracking on a brick veneer detached patio adjacent to the area. Ryan came and conducted wall crack repairs after the lifting works to complete the area thoroughly without worrying about these areas re-cracking again in the future, he also patched up other small areas for me which will save me money and time in the future. Could not be happier with the results, they included a 20yr warranty which is also transferable, a huge plus and ‘peace of mind’ guarantee for potential buyers when selling my home in the near future. Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the work required. The before and after photos speak for themselves, and this was only two of the many areas that were fixed within the one lift. We had the Buildfix team to my house last week to fix a subsidence issue. House had dropped 15mm at rear and 40mm at the front. The guys did a great job. Constant communication throughout and appropriately explained what they were doing and how. Highly recommend Buildfix and looking forward to Wall Crack Repairs happening next week.

Professional company from start to finish. Attended initial meeting on time, thoroughly assessed and recorded what would be needed. I went with Buildfix because they had excellent reviews online and price was competitive. Booked job and they arrived on time, took there time to set up correctly to insure job would be completed correctly and without causing any other issues. They were precise, kept me informed over the whole day of each step and results. They left the site clean. I felt that they respected my property and tried to achieve the best outcome.
