I was honestly dreading the process of getting my roof fixed under insurance after hail end of oct 2025 due to working in the solar industry and knowing how bad its been over the last 6 or so years in the darling Downs for hail and repairs. Responsive building have been absolutely amazing and have made this process so streamlined and easy that I cant thank them enough. It's now end of Feb 26 and the lads from the roofing company Responsive contracted (BD Hall Roof and Plumbing from memory) are finishing up the guttering already. 10/10, RACQ have picked the right crew with this lot. Oh, and the screw line is straight 😂 something that seems to be incredibly difficult these days for roofers, but not these lads.

Responsive should be credited with having the easiest most professional and clear messaging people (Shane and Bex especially) I have had the pleasure to deal with. The ease with communication and follow up resulting in a positive conclusion to our relationship has been unique. I do hope to never have a claim again but if so we're assured in the knowledge of Responsive Building excellence.
