The livit team completed a large renovation and extension to our home to convert our tiny post war home into a 4 bed 2 bath beautiful family home that had connection to the yard. Kevin and Kylie made sure everything was finished to the highest standard. They have an amazing team from trouble solving chippies to apprentices showing the highest level of professionalism and care in the work they do. Our home is now incredibly functional and we feel relaxed and at home every moment in it. Thanks for giving us a home our family will grow in.

Our experience with Kevin, Kylie and the Livit team has been exceptional. Our home underwent a large renovation early this year and we found the whole process to be stress free. We received regular communication, transparent schedules and itemised invoices throughout. Support was available for decision making and trouble shooting and questions were always well received. Discussions around processes and decisions were also well documented. The quality and standard of work is high. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we are so thankful. Kev and his team renovated our home from a 3bed 1bath, to a 4bed 2bath, study, butler’s pantry, and double carport. He completely transformed our home, and we love it. I interviewed 4 builders before I chose LIVIT Why did LIVIT get the job. It was Kev's down to earth approach, his knowledge, and his attention to detail. He really treated the project like it was his own home. He came up with ideas and solutions to tricky situations with ease and made us feel confident that we had the right person for the job. Nothing was too hard, and he explained things for us 'non builders' to understand. Were there any hiccups? Of course there was, it was a major renovation. Not major hiccups, just a few communication issues between the different trades that had to be co-ordinated. How did Kev handle this? With professionalism and courtesy. We had a friend comment recently who has also done a large reno to their house, that they wish their finishes looked as good as ours. From the tilers, the painters, the flooring and cabinetry. It’s a professional finish. Would I employ LIVIT again to complete another renovation. ABSOULUTLEY YES! You're a top bloke Kev and your team are fantastic.......thank you!
