Being first home buyers/builders we really wanted to make sure we chose one, a quality builder to build our dream home and two one we could trust. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose Hancock builders. We have friends who have built with them and all reviews are glowing, so it really was a no brainer in the end. Luke was amazing with our initial designs and planning, again having never done it before we put a lot of faith in his knowledge and experience, his advice and guidance meant we really did end up with our dream home. Nothing was ever too hard, we changed plans and additions numerous times during this process but it was never a problem, they just wanted us to get the best home for our needs. We really felt like our build was important to them and an emphasis on quality ahead of anything else was definitely felt. During the building process Luke was great to deal with, we were given a key from day 1 so we could check out the progress whenever we liked. We were always kept in the loop and made plenty of changes along the way as the home came to life, they were more than accomodating to any ideas we had. They were excited when we wanted to do few different things that you wouldn't get in a standard build and felt as though they were proud to put their name to it. There is no doubt the highest quality trades were used and even they were easy to deal with and always quite helpful when we would see them on site. The other important thing that we were really impressed with was the price, building a custom built, quality home with good features, you expect to pay for it, but the price was quite reasonable and are very satisfied with what we have got for our money. Overall my partner and I feel extremely lucky to have had such a great family builder to guide us through our first building experience.
