  In a world where SO much has changed since our last build five years ago, Crystal from Gordon Bourke Homes has been the sense of calm in the turbulent seas that seem to surround construction now. She has effortlessly guided us from our concept to plans to slab down, and we couldn't be happier with the support she has provided. She has answered all of our questions without making us feel silly for asking them, and has helped us in resolving any issues as they popped up. I would absolutely recommend working with Crystal if you have the chance!

  We are very excited to build with Gordon Bourke. Having built with 2 other builders in the past I must say so far our experience has been nothing but great. Crystal has been absolutely wonderful and very informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I annoy her quite regularly with calls, visits and text messages and it's never a problem. We are very happy with the quality of fixtures and fittings and can't wait for the finished product. Debbie and Jason

  Me, I'm not the easiest customer in the world. I'm picky and yet highly indecisive. Even worse, I'm the kind of client that thinks they know things, but in reality, knows nothing. A royal pain to deal with, but I'm self-aware - I know this is how I am. The team at GBC Homes however, they got patience for days. Never ever, not once, was I shown anything less than the best service in my journey with them. Sensational, and much appreciated. It's been a year-long journey from concept to contract, but where some would give up and think "this guy's never gonna sign a contract", these guys have backed the project all the way. Their product speaks for itself. Walk into any of their displays and they look amazing. Stunning. Very demure. You'd struggle to find a team that delivers better. As a first-time home builder, I needed solid communication, and in the best way, I got it in spades. Always helpful, and clear, Crystal clear. They work WITH you. I'm not the high-rolling type so I'm not expecting to build a second home any time soon, in fact I'm still in love with my first, which has just started going up at the time of writing. That said, should I have cause and capacity to build again, these guys would be the first call I make. Can't recommend them highly enough.
