  My husband and I built with Gary and the team at TRB in 2025 and can not fault them. From the moment we walked into the display home and met Kayla, we felt welcomed and supported. We chose a house plan from their catalogue that we fell in love with. All of TRBs preferred suppliers were fantastic to work with and Vanessa (in house interior design specialist) gave us great advice when it came to putting it all together. Although the pre build process takes a while, the way TRB do things prior to the build starting makes the actual build happen so smoothly. I would not hesitate to build with TRB again after such a stree free experience. We cannot fault the finishes in our home, everything was completed to a high standard, and we are absolutely loving our new home.   Katrina and myself would like to thank the team at top of the range builders,for building our new home. I would like to say a very special thanks to Peter Betros’s, and his team. Along with Evan, in this display center, and his team. Whilst I have the opportunity to say a merrrrrry Xmas to everyone at TOP OF THE RANGE BUILDERS. Both Katrina and myself approached and presented, to Evan, our very special custom build. Our very own personal design. We weren’t expecting what happened next. Katrina and myself have built a total of 8 homes. Katrina worked for a local builder as supervisor for 10yrs. We knew our stuff. The smile behind the desk Evan gave us tells it all. Within days we were in contact with Peter Betros, we outlined our build, discussed options, we could not believe, how happy and accomodating the team was. I must say our build is NOT a standard build it is not an off the wall plan . Peter was absolutely Awsum. He stands behind his product with a smile. Both Katrina and myself, stand proud of our build. We are happy to discuss our experience with anyone. We definately will be building again with Peter, on some other land we have purchased. We have no issues at all. Well If there is, very minor as expected. And that’s expected. The price and costs was great. Peter explained all extra costs, again we are very experienced,so our choices were made previous to walking into Evan. Thanks again TOP OF THE RANGE BUILDERS. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and incredibly professional. Gary took the time to listen to our needs, offered thoughtful design ideas, and kept us updated at every milestone, which made the entire journey stress-free. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The team paid meticulous attention to detail, used top-tier materials, and delivered a home that not only looks amazing but also feels solid and well-built.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Local Trades Who Set the Standard Our experience building with Top of the Range Builders was exceptional from start to finish. The Top of the Range team, especially Ed, were incredible to work with. Throughout the build, Peter Betros and his chosen network of local trades brought in by Peter and the team set an incredibly high standard. Every plumber, electrician, tiler, and carpenter worked with care, consistency, and pride. Their reliability and workmanship were evident in every stage of the project. They listened closely, refined our ideas with practical insight, and helped shape a home that feels perfectly tailored to us. The vendors recommended for fixtures, tiles, and flooring made the selection process easy and enjoyable, offering high-quality options and knowledgeable guidance. We also spent extensive time with Wicks Joinery, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail in our kitchen, bathrooms, and custom storage truly elevated the final result. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and highly recommend the entire team at Top of the Range Builders for anyone seeking a smooth, honest, and high-quality building experience.

  100% 5 Stars we have built quite a few times and this last house in Highfields was the easiest from start to finish. Most important for us as it was an investment house was it was on time. The builder Peter amazing and very easy to talk to, the staff at the display house were onto everything thank you Kayla. Special mention to the colour consultant we knew what we wanted and she tuned straight away with some really great suggestions. Look forward to the next build some units at the end of 2026.
