Paragon Homes

We are currently in the planning and design stage of our custom build with Paragon Homes, and the experience so far has been outstanding. From initial enquiry through to design development, the process has been clear, structured and easy to follow. What really stands out is the open and transparent communication and the level of care taken. Everything is explained thoroughly, with no surprises. Steve, the owner, is a builder himself and is very hands on throughout the process, which gives us great confidence. We genuinely feel listened to, with our needs and ideas carefully considered at every step. It’s reassuring to work with a team that values collaboration and takes the time to get things right. We’re very much looking forward to the next stages of our build with Paragon Homes.

We have just completed our build with Steve and the team and couldn’t be happier with our new home. From the beginning of the build Steve and Chad have been easy to communicate with. We are not new to building and are very aware that no build goes according to plan 100% of the time, there are so many moving parts and it is normal to have minor mishaps. The important thing for us has been how the builder and team responds, and we have found paragons response to challenges amazing. Paragon have been such an incredible team to work with in creating our dream family home. We cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and process so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and understanding as it is our first home. We cannot wait to see our dream come to life along side these spectacular humans.

I can not say thank you enough to Steve and his amazing team who built my dream home. Everyone I’ve met through this process has been so friendly and very accommodating. You’ve created a home I’m so proud of and will treasure forever. I 100% recommend Paragon to anyone that is looking at building their next home.

We were going to build with Steve when we had a contract on our house however it fell through so did not end up building. However we spoke to Steve prior to the contract falling through and he was amazing. He came and looked at the block and advised us on designs, costs and could not have been more helpful. We have built 2 homes in Toowoomba in the past 5 years with other builders, but If we ever build again Steve is the only builder I would consider _ Steve was so much easier to deal with than either of them. He is so easy to deal with and builds such nice quality homes. Cannot believe that anyone would put a bad review on his website because the tradies played loud music _ try working as a tradie all day without music _ these type of people need to get a life and wake up to themselves...
