  We had the most amazing building experience with James Bros Constructions who completed a major renovation on our Queenslander at Ashgrove. Mark and his team could not have been more professional but also easy to work with. The quality of their work was exceptional. We made lots of changes along the way and Mark was so accommodating. He also suggested modifications to our renovation that proved to be superior choices. We were delighted with the whole experience. Mark was just a lovely, honest, hardworking and professional builder who was so easy to work with but delivered everything to the highest standard. We could not recommend Mark and James Bros Constructions any more highly.

  Steve and Mark with Will, Ethan and team completed a 10 month renovation/restoration of our flood affected home. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were approachable, professional and committed to delivering exceptional results. One of the things we appreciated most was Steve’s transparency and communication. He kept us informed every step of the way, raising potential variations early which gave us time to consider if we needed to act now or wait for phase 2 of our renovation in a few years time. Not only did James Bros stick to the agreed upon timeline and budget, but they also went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to the highest standard. Their craftsmanship and commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of their work. Additionally, having James Bros and their sub-contractors in our house was a pleasure. They were respectful of our home and took great care to leave the site clean and tidy each day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, James Bros are a fantastic team with which we had a great experience with. We have plans to use them for phase 2 of our renos in the coming years. I would recommend this solid team to anyone looking for a builder who is reliable, professional and dedicated to delivering amazing results (and will pass certification first time round in record time!).

  I highly recommend James Brothers Construction. Mark and the team completed a renovation at our home while we were still living there. Communication in the lead up was excellent and they were very clear with material delivery dates. They were always on time, very friendly, polite and considerate of us. I was so impressed by how tidy they were - everything was cleaned up and packed away at the end of every day. Importantly, the quality of their work was second to none! We will definitely be calling them again for any future work.

  Steve and the James brothers team completed renovations on my property in Kangaroo Point. The quality of work is of the highest standard, and on time. Working with Steve and the team was very collaborative with constant communication through the entire project end to end. During the project the team worked seamlessly while we remained in the property and were respectful even became part of the street community with their professionalism and ability to work in a quiet and efficient manner. Couldn't recommend the team more highly.

  We had a great experience on a large scale renovation with James Bros, we had Mark (director) as our build manager and he made the process from quote through to completion very straightforward and hassle-free. Mark was on site every day, his communication was great and nothing was too difficult. Workmanship was excellent and we could not recommend James Bros highly enough.

  Mark and Steve did an amazing job of renovating our old Queenslander. We cannot speak highly enough of the effort and care that went into the build. They were contactable at all times when we had questions and offered great advice throughout the whole process. We would definitely engage James Bros. Constructions if we were to do another renovation.
