We’ve just finished working with Shiv from Coral Homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first conversation, he made everything easy to understand. As first home buyers, the process is very overwhelming but he took the time to listen to what we wanted, talked us through all the options, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions for our home. If we had a question, he’d get back to us straight away. If something needed clarifying, he’d break it down for us. He made the whole process feel smooth, transparent, and stress free. If you’re thinking about building with Coral Homes, I’d definitely recommend chatting with Shiv. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and genuinely wants the best for his clients.

Damien Felthman was by far the best SS I had throughout the progress of my build. When my build started I thought I had the best SS however was soon changed to Damien and that’s when i realised that my old SS couldn’t compare. Damien goes above and beyond to meet your expectations and desires. He’s always quick to answer or quick to call you back. He’s always willing to fix anything as soon as you need. I couldn’t be happier with my new build thanks to Damien! I hope everyone gets him as their SS! He needs a pay rise hahaha!!

Customer service was pretty good, not all of my questions were answered however. They generally are quite vague about their packages and inclusions.

I am just starting my first home build journey and went to Coral homes after seeing many builders. Jason was professional and very helpful. He was prompt and provided insights on how to get on the best possible upgrades and changes I was after. Highly recommend Jason and Coral homes Springfield Rise. I have currently finalized my requirements and paid deposit for getting the contract. Will update my review with my upcoming experiences as well.
