  From start to finish they were excellent at communication, great attention to detail, all team members well coordinated, always helpful and clearly know their stuff. Everything progressed in good time and we are very happy with our house. All their tradespeople were coordinated well and did an excellent job. They made this whole process easy for us although we were new at this - so glad we chose them and will not hesitate to do so again if needed.

  If you're looking to build in South East Queensland then look no further. From the beginning of our journey G&P have been on our side working with us to create our dream home. The sales team were very flexible and easy to deal with providing expert insight and being open, honest and upfront about all things to expect. During the build we were constantly updated with upcoming activities and timelines. Any issues along the way were communicated and addressed right away. The finished product was exceptional with the utmost care taken. Overall the experience was excellent and stress free, a farcry from some of the horror story's you hear about from some competitors. Couldn't recommend Mike and his professional team highly enough. We would happily do it again in a heart beat

  Our experience with G&P was a good one. Our sales consultant Amy was fantastic and also the supervisor Rob for our build. We have recommended them to many of our friends & family who are now either in the process of building with G&P or will be building with them in the future. If we were to build again we would definitely be back to see them for great service & quality

  Nothing special. They sub contract out a lot for things, and a few years down the track, it's starting to show. I've been chasing down keys for windows for 3 years. Keep getting the run around. Tiles and flooring are starting to come up and getting told about extras after it's too late to change. This was annoying. Plumbing billed for not fully connected, dug up my yard to check and fix. Honestly, nothing special.
