Archie our Plantation Homes new home consultant deserves 10 stars! He is very friendly, super patient with all our crazy questions, many floor plan changes and just made the whole process very easy. Nothing was impossible for him and if any of our ideas got rejected by the head office, he always recommended something better. We were so grateful for his help during our previous built that we went back straight to him for the next one. He helped us through every step and made us feel like we were in the best hands possible during both house quotes.We highly recommend contacting Archie if you are considering building with Plantation homes.

From the moment we set foot in the office, Ella greeted us with a smile that could light up the entire room. Then the consultant we spoke to, Maddy, was super patient, friendly, and armed with a keen sense of design, she took the time to understand every detail of what we wanted in our dream home. No ask was too big or too small for Maddy. They are so good that they have officially spoiled us for any other home design experience. Yep, we are ruined—in the best possible way. Hence, if you are the boss reading this review, in the spirit of keeping these design wizards around for the long haul, I have a humble suggestion: a pay rise. I am not saying this just because they have won us over with their charm (okay, maybe a little), but because they truly deserve it. :)

They are all friendly and professional, they be honest with the price, not try to hide anything. They tried very hard to solve all the inquiries. I have been looking around all the display homes , they have best customer service here! If I build home with plantation homes, I would say the biggest reason is these two men! Absolutely smart and professional!
