  Has Bold been perfect during our build? No - but we’d probably still consider building with them again in the future. Despite a few bumps early on, we’re genuinely happy with how everything turned out. Bold was the only builder with a floor plan that suited our narrow block without compromise, and their façade options really stood out. We even copied a few design ideas from their display home. Everyone who visits comments on the huge north-facing windows, and a couple of neighbours have said we’ve got the nicest house on the street. Structurally, our build has been excellent. While other builders nearby used styrofoam pods, Bold used solid black plastic pods, and even our independent inspector noted how secure the frame tie-downs were — rare for a volume builder. We had some issues early with our first supervisor, but once Ben took over, everything turned around. He was easy to work with and sorted out every issue we raised. As first home buyers, we really appreciated that the price we signed at was exactly what we paid at handover - not a dollar more. Even with some big weather delays and a tropical cyclone, we still finished two months early. Overall, we had a few hiccups, but building with bold was good value, had strong build quality, and an end result that we're excited to call ours.

  Our experience with Bold Living has been incredibly reassuring and rewarding from start to finish. At the beginning of our journey, we were honestly unsure about what our loan would realistically allow us to build, and whether we’d have to compromise heavily on quality or design. The Bold team took the time to guide us through our options and showed us that we could still achieve a beautiful, modern home without stretching beyond what was financially comfortable. What stood out most was how Bold Living helped us incorporate modern luxuries at a fair and transparent price. We never felt pressured, and every decision felt informed and tailored to our needs as a family. The communication throughout the build was clear, supportive, and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Since moving in, we’ve received so many compliments on our home - from the layout and finishes to the overall feel of the space - and that’s been incredibly affirming.   We have had a really positive experience with Bold from the very beginning. Rosie was brilliant to deal with during the sales stage and provided great guidance throughout the process, especially as this was our first build. Communication was consistent and clear throughout, which made everything feel straightforward and stress free. We were also in our new home well ahead of schedule, with no costly delays along the way. The price point was excellent and we truly feel like we received great value for money. We’ve had so many people comment on the quality of the build and how it exceeds what many expect from new builds these days. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience and would happily recommend Bold to anyone building their first home.

  Our home has recently been completed by Bold Living, and had our handover on the 9th October. Our journey has been a bit of a long one due to our land not registering until June 2024. We started looking for a builder in 2022 and went through many display. Villages all over Brisbane and we kept coming back to Bold every-time, we were just so impressed with the quality of finishes and all the designs they offered. We ended up going with a custom build based off one of the designs and adapted it to what we wanted. Bold made this process quite easy and supported and suggested options all the way through. We had our colour selection appointment,electrical appointment as well and our colour expert was amazing. They were great in seeing my vision all the way through, we had Emily most of the way through and she was fantastic in getting everything finalised. Our build started in February this year and went reasonably smoothly we had a few minor issues come up but they were rectified quickly. We also had a few delays in things due to the weather but that is to be expected and you can’t help that. We had a good Site Supervisor Steve who kept me calm when I was stressing and assured me all the way through. Handover was also pretty smoothly as well and was explained who to contact if we found any issues. Overall we would recommend having a look at Bold Living and getting them to build your dream home.
