It has been an absolute pleasure working with Welcome Build to create our custom, high-quality home. Their transparency, honesty, and integrity throughout the process are truly rare to find in the industry. Communication was excellent at every stage, and even when challenges arose, the team handled them with professionalism and care. A special thanks to Pretom and Avi for turning our ideas and designs from paper into a beautiful reality — a place we’re proud to call home. We’re also thrilled to share that we recently sold our home at a record price, largely due to the high-end finishes and attention to detail delivered by Welcome Build. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who truly delivers quality and trust.

Communication has been great at every stage even when we encounter an issue. Very excited to complete and move into the home. Thank you Pretom and Avi for bringing my ideas and home design from paper to a place I can call home.
