We recently engaged Mustapha from Soil Constructions for a kitchen and dining renovation coordinated with our Kitchen company (Kitchen Kraft), and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From our first meeting where he arrived punctually and conducted a thorough assessment to the final walkthrough, Mustapha demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our family’s needs. He oversaw every aspect of the work including demolition, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and more, and ensured seamless coordination with Kitchen Kraft’s cabinetry installation. Mustapha was solution-driven. Nothing seemed too difficult, and he kept us informed at every step. His communication was frequent and clear, always focused on delivering timely, high-quality results and ensuring our satisfaction and safety. As with most projects, not everything went according to plan, but Mustapha ensured that he did everything in his power to ensure the project stayed on track and we were informed and comfortable with his rectifying actions. He even did all this whilst struggling with a bad flu! What truly set Mustapha apart was his character and attention to our household situation. As a family man himself, he understood the challenges of living on-site with young children. He hand-picked a trades team that matched his standards: polite, respectful, and meticulous. Each day they left the site in a very safe and neat manner with any dangerous materials removed and tools neatly packed away, so we could continue living safely and comfortably throughout the renovation. We don't often leave reviews, and we are very critical of builders and trades people, but Mustapha and his team deserve the highest praise. Their workmanship, reliability, and customer-centric approach made the renovation process smooth and stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend Mustapha at Soil Constructions for any building or construction project and will certainly engage him for our future projects. If more than five stars were possible, I'd give six!

I recently engaged Mustapha and his team to renovate my house. It was a 2 month project, involving knocking down walls and demolishing the old kitchen, putting in new steel beams, new ceilings, moving doors and installing new ones, new electrical circuits, installing wooden floors and plumbing for the kitchen. I used a separate company to install kitchen joinery. From the moment I met Mustapha to get a quote, I had a good feeling. And that feeling turned out to be spot on. Mustapha and his team were professional, hard working and took pride in the quality of their work. All timelines were met. Mustapha closely oversaw the work of his contractors and ensured everything went smoothly. He communicated with me frequently and would check that I was happy with the progress, both in terms of quality and timeliness. The team was also exceptionally clean, spending time at the end of each day to vacuum and tidy. My family, including young children, stayed in the house during the renovation and this was possible given the huge efforts made by the team to remove dust and keep the space liveable. I cannot recommend Mustapha and his team highly enough and would definitely engage them again for another project.
