  I engaged Danicon Group to knock down and rebuild my parents’ home in Berkshire Park. Yianni, the admin team and construction management team were fantastic from the very start. We wanted a full package of design and construction, and Danicon handled everything—from consultants and approvals to custom designing the home based on my parents’ sketches. The team made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. They also took care of the landscaping, transforming the backyard into a beautiful and functional entertainment space for family BBQs and occasions, complete with seating and an undercover area. They even designed a garage and shed for my dad and his tools. We are so happy with the result that we’ve now decided to build a pool to complete the project—and of course, we’re bringing Danicon back for it! Couldn’t recommend the Danicon team more. Their communication was excellent, and their structured approach made the entire process easy to follow, even for someone with no construction background: 1.
