Vision were professional throughout tender, contract and construction and any issues were quickly sorted. I have no regrets building with Vision and I'm very happy with the result. They worked with me on the design for over 6 months including a face-to-face with their lead drafty. The tender was well explained with a detailed breakdown and I never felt I was being overcharged, even for extensive modifications to the floor layout. Vision didn't sting me for variations during the contract stage either even though I made several large changes. Unlike other builders there was no price gouging. It wasn't all smooth sailing though as I had a few delays and issues, but Steve (owner) called me each time to work through the problems and come to an amicable cost-effective solution. These are the sorts of things that make Vision a stand-out builder in my opinion. To sum it up, I reckon Vision is one of the most honest builders out there and the reason I’ve enjoyed my building experience. I almost feel like I’m getting an architect design at a spec home price. Edit Mar. 2025: Build complete and handed over. Only very minor issues remain.

Amazing Build at Boolaroo! Vision built my home in the time frame of 6 months since the slab started. Rod the site supervisor was amazing to deal with and he cared about the house more than I did. He went above and beyond checking in with the house every few days and was always 10 steps ahead. The quality of the tradesmen are amazing. I’ve experienced a lot of building companies in the Newcastle/hunter region as I’ve worked in the construction industry for a lot of builders, and vision’s homes are a great quality build. Steve was great and helped out a lot with questions and design changes as we had to work around the gradient of the block and the floor plan to be rearranged to suit. Their price for the house and variations was very reasonable and they were upfront with the costs and no hidden fees. Vision was flexible allowing me to help when needed. The planing and organisation early on in the process could have been a little quicker but other than that I’m really happy with the job. Very tidy and neat job. Thank you

Vision Homes recently completed work on my project to a high standard. The office team is friendly and responsive, whether I contact them by phone or email. While the construction process can be stressful at times, I found Steve to be highly professional in addressing my comments and providing constructive solutions. Throughout all stages of construction, my inspector noted that Vision Homes did an excellent job, especially compared to other local builders. Any defects were minor and promptly addressed by Vision Homes. Thank you to the team for all your hard work and dedication!

David and the team at Vision Homes have been outstanding throughout the entire pre-construction phase. David took the time to personally walk us through every detail of our new home design, ensuring clear communication and setting realistic expectations from the very beginning. Finding a builder who will treat your dream home like their own is a rare find, but i am beyond thankful to find one. Vision home went above and beyond to help us build our first home. Special thanks to Michelle Coe for doing her absolute best and expertise to help us through all the process. As 1st time buyers learning to all this new experience there were ups and downs along the way, but Michelle never left our side, giving us update, letting us know of the best next step to do. It was a long ride with few hurdles from the council and bush fire report but vision home did their best to get us through to building. Once the building started, it went smoothly with updates of photos and next step and i would say each stage of building was done beautifully, even helping us design and choose on how to make the house stunning. Michelle did her best since day 1 to update, reply on my messages, endless calls and emails to give me peace of mind that everything is happening as planned. Will definetely recommend to build with them and if given the chance to build for future investment i would go for vision home as our builder again.
