Mavid Construction

Thanks to the team at Mavid for building our wonderful family home. We did the standard run around with project home builders, and we found there to be no flexibility with regards to designing a house to suit our site and needs. Thankfully we contacted Mavid, and from our initial discussions with Andrew the process was fantastic. We now have a full custom-built architectural home, where we had input into the design, finishes and inclusions. We are extremely happy with the build quality and we recommended for anyone that is planning on building a home, to talk to Mavid first about their signature series, you won’t be disappointed.

Mavid construction were fantastic to build our home with. We only had to ask for support in any aspect of the build, and Mavid were able to help us with any question big or small. The team worked with us to design a house we loved with our ideal finishings, whilst helping us keep to our budget. Our site manager always kept us informed and up to date, and we were always accommodated in viewing the progress of our home. We could not be happier that we decided to build a Mavid signature home, and could not imagine building with anyone else.

The entire team at Mavid were exceptional. I had a 3 town house build and from the tender process, through construction and to handover they remained committed, communicative and professional. They handled everything as a turn key process and were across all the detail. I would definitely use Mavid again.

Prior to Mavid, I had a nightmare with construction companies, with my previous building having gone into liquidation only weeks after taking my deposit. My experience with builders was massively tarnished, with other builders I had engaged with sending alarm bells with lack of organisation, poor proposals, slow turnaround times, clunky systems etc. I was referred to Mavid who took on the project and have given me the utmost confidence. Honestly, I am so impressed with how organised these guys are. From the moment I signed, things were underway almost immediately, they communicate at every step of the process, and they have bent over backwards to keep my project on-budget (when things cropped up outside of their control). My project is on track to be completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier. I would have no hesitation recommend these guys or using them again in the future.

We absolutely love our brand new house! A massive thank you to Andrew George and Chris Long who were incredible throughout the build. The process was stress free and the build quality and finishes are exceptional. We cannot recommend Mavid highly enough!!
