Today I would like to talk about Ben. He has been amazing with all the help and support that he has provided myself and Michael through this process.. Ben has been very informative of every aspect of this build. we have asked a lot of questions about the build, and Ben has answered every single question that we have had and put us at ease. Ben isn’t a pushy person. He’s very kind Easy to talk to, and always has an answer for the questions we have asked. Ben has made the journey so far very pleasurable and easy so thank you to Ben and Perry Holmes for putting us in contact with Ben.

Our experience with Ben at Perry homes was and still is excellent. We were first time new home builders and required changes to be made as we have a son in a wheelchair so we needed changes. Ben sat with us on multiple weekends being asked what I’m sure were crazy questions about the build. Ben sat with us and nutted out our son’s bathroom changes and better design for him to work with. Ben was always friendly and engaging on our visits. And we still go to him to ask questions about our home now. Ben has made our forever home a haven for our son and us and without Ben this would have been a much more stressful build.

We recently visited the Perry Homes display centre at Lochinvar while exploring options for our new investment property build, and we were fortunate enough to work with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in assisting us through the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, provided clear information about the building options, and kept us updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how responsive he was — always returning our calls and emails promptly and making sure we had the information we needed to make confident decisions. Ben made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate the support he provided. Building a home is an exciting and daunting process, with a thousand details to consider. Ben has been easy to deal with, available to answer our questions, helpful with the details. There’s still a journey ahead of us, but so far Ben’s made it a positive experience.
