  Building can be such a daunting experience for soo many and choosing the right builder can seem near impossible. It has been a dream of mine since I was 15 to build a house on the land that I would one day inherit, and 17yrs later my dream came true and it is more than what I could have ever imagined. I was recommended to take a look at Valley Homes when it came time to decide on a builder and from the moment I first made contact with them I was made to feel welcome and was treated like more than just a client, I was treated like a friend. The design process was such a pleasurable experience and despite my consistent indecisiveness, nothing was too hard for the team. Our situation wasn’t as straight forward as others, we spent a gruelling amount of time dealing with council however the team at Valley Homes were on top of everything and communicated everything perfectly. When the day finally came to break ground, we were met by our site supervisor who was nothing short of amazing. Living right next door to our build we saw things that many probably wouldn’t. What stood out the most was how polite each and every trade was. We are surrounded by many other build sites and would constantly hear trades yelling at each other, but the trades working on our build site were laughing and enjoying themselves and it was soo lovely to see. Throughout our build a few things popped up which needed clarification and without any delay our site supervisor was on the phone to us to pop over and discuss. I feel like we received such a personal, in depth build journey that I often see soo many otherwise don’t receive. The end product is indescribable. Quality is beyond what I could have ever imagined and even though we have received our keys, communication from our site supervisor is still amazing. Whilst this is my first and only build, I will not hesitate to recommend Valley Homes to anyone and everyone I know that is looking to build. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart to the team at Valley Homes for taking my dreams and turning them into a reality.

  Having previously built with a well known builder and owner built our own home, we have learnt what quality, affordability and value for money mean. Valley Homes not only reached our expectations, but went well past them! Building during the wet weather, supply shortages and so on, could have easily blown out the budget for us-but they delivered on time and always kept us in the loop. There were quotes comparable, but for local builders, who knew what the local Council required, it made sense for us to go with Valley Homes. We have no reservations at all, in recommending them and would certainly build with them again.
