  We have just signed contracts and paid our commencement deposit. All though it’s taken a very long time to get to this point (13mths), the communication and dealing with Nathan has been great. He is very passionate and really has been on our side all the way through so far, from fighting with Council to chasing estimators and drafts persons. Nothing is too much and he always responds, if he doesn’t have the answer he will find it. We have heard and read so many negative stories about people building and yes all though it’s been extremely frustrating cutting through and negotiating our way through all the red tape with Council, we are glad that Nathan was the one who took over our build (from the now retired Mandy who also so sweet) and helped get us to this stage. At this point I should also mention Erin from the Northcoast Head Office. She has also been fantastic with helping and answering any questions along the way. Overall our experience so far with Nathan and the entire team we have dealt with has been great. It has felt honest, transparent and like a family business. We are excited for this next stage and to see our home being built. Hopefully our feelings will still be the same in 12mths time when we have the keys to our new home and are still happy we chose to entrust Beechwood with our dream home 🤞🏼 We would recommend anyone looking to build a new home up this way to have a chat with Nathan from Beechwood Homes.

  Build April 2019. Beechwood was on our shortlist of builder selection. After much research and review they don't have much support from past experience reviews . However we decided to go ahead purely because of their designs, value for money and great service from staff. Our completed home was stunning. There was no hassle during the building process. We have made a few upgrades, but their standards install are also good. so don't bother to upgrade if you want to save money. You can save around $10-20K. There are only minor faults that need correction but the after sales will take care of that. I have check out our neighbouring houses built by other builders and found that Beechwood has done a better job. only one minor fault is that they should be careful with the cement near window frame as it look unprofessional. and should have clean up as they go. Do not change your mind in selection and design as this would delay building process. stick to your selections. Tell them in writting all your requirements. Ask for discounts, they will considered it. Read the contract and visit their tile displays before hand to see their standard inclusion before making upgrade. Lights fitting allow $3500 landscaping allow $7000 and driveway allow $6000. They dont do these and not included in building contract. Overall. I think Beechwood deserve recognition as a quality builder.
