Skwarko constructions built our home to the highest quality. The workmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Especially since my wife is a perfectionist it made the experience far better because they understood what she was wanting to achieve. Michael is a pleasure to deal with. Honest and reliable with a comprehensive knowledge of his trade, and an exceptional reputation within the Bawley Point and extended community. We are so delighted that we placed our trust in Michael and Skwarko Constructions. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michael.

From the very first meeting with Michael from Skwarko Constructions we felt very comfortable and confident that he understood our needs and would deliver exactly what we had envisaged for our new home. We have not been disappointed. The quality of our build, especially Michael's carpentry skills and including all of his other trades, has resulted in a really lovely and fantastic finish. At every step of the way Michael always included us in all the decisions needed to ensure that our construction was the least stressful it could possibly be, with the best outcome for us. Michael and his team are both professional and passionate about delivering a great home. What can we say about Skwarko Constructions? We are truly fortunate to have selected them to build our new home. Thanks Michael. We love It ! Sue and Dave McMahon Bawley Point
