  I highly recommend Mitch and his team for challenging excavation and drainage works. Their workmanship was excellent and they were well organised, Mitch provided a thorough and detailed job cost estimate spreadsheet and kept me updated when plans had to be altered several times including due to massive tree roots from the neighbouring property and having to operate equipment in a tighter than expected working area. He never gave up! Mitch liaised well with numerous council staff, structural engineers, tree experts and tradesmen. His team worked carefully and respectfully, arrived on time, left on time and were patient with my questions and concerns. Mitch is honest, hardworking, a logical thinker and remains extremely calm and focussed under pressure. He's also very good at realistic estimates and getting the hard jobs completed on time! I no longer have drainage issues that had significantly impacted on the integrity of my home foundations. Sincere thanks Mitch, Taj and Parker. You both were brilliant as well!

  Mitch and his team at Swell Constructions were outstanding throughout our landscaping / fencing / pool renovation. He is meticulous in his work, easy to communicate with, and always professional. Every job was completed to the highest standard, with Mitch consistently going above and beyond. He even designed and arranged fabrication of a bespoke aluminium gate, managing the entire process from concept to installation – the result was absolutely perfect. Mitch brings creative and innovative ideas to the table and executes them flawlessly. We would highly recommend Mitch and his team for any building, carpentry, or fencing projects.

  Mitch from Swell Constructions installed a 15 metre wide fully insulated flyover roof off my house roof to cover my back outdoor area which is 15 metres wide. He designed the build high enough so I could see the beautiful gum trees covering the hill across from my home. I am happy with his workmanship and dedication to my job which was completed on time.
