We’ve had the pleasure of working with Cary and his team on our very special 10m Studio. They have been awesome to deal with and their customer service and attention to the small details have been exemplary. When we have needed support and follow up they have always been there for us and have gone out of their way to provide it, making the whole experience working with them five stars. The product itself is amazing, it’s high quality, super insulated and beautifully designed. What’s it like to live with? It’s like going to a resort whenever we and our kids spend time in it.

Cary is an absolute legend. The pods I purchased are perfect for my needs and are working well. After sales service is prompt and efficient and he has been great to deal with. He and his team have done a great job.

From the moment I contacted Cary from Haven Pods to installation and follow-up I have been so impressed! Cary was prompt in responding to my initial queries, welcoming and informative when we first went to visit the POD and communicative with our engineer when coming to a very tricky and steep installation. Cary was on site and heavily involved in getting it up our ridiculously steep and narrow driveway (not to mention crossing flood waters with the franner to get it on site!). He was friendly to deal with, honest and genuinely a nice guy. He was extremely responsive when we had a leaking issue and sent someone up the next day to diagnose and resolve it. I am using my POD as a therapist and my clients couldn't be happier in the space. I love going to 'work' every day with nature oozing everywhere I look. Highly recommend! I’m really impressed with Haven Pods’ tiny houses. The design and craftsmanship are absolutely beautiful — every detail feels carefully thought out and finished to a very high standard. The build quality is solid, and you can tell premium materials and smart design have been used throughout. It’s a perfect example of how small spaces can still feel luxurious and well made. Highly recommend to anyone considering a tiny home!
