Highly recommend Clarence homes for anyone who is building their first home. My project was completed in quick time, around 7 months and I'm happy with the finished build. I got lot of comments and appreciation from lots of people regarding the build quality and finish. Gaurav helped me with the initial planning and was very accommodating. My site super Dev was amazing, very professional, responsive and always reachable. Deepak was also very understanding and negotiable for my different requests. All in all, a great experience. I'll build with them again if I get another chance.

I’m so glad we chose Clarence homes for our Architecturally designed KNR new home. I have spoken to the 5 my most popular builders in the Hills district but each and every one of them did not meet what I was expecting for( information, process and communication in the knock down and rebuild) I am speaking to the owner CEO of Clarence Homes Mr Deepak Nayak( not just a sales rep )who from the start of communication and planning you could understand his knowledge of the industry and not just a mere sales talk. Though our lot is in one of the most complicated situation ,the challenge of making it beautiful and the way we wanted it to be was accomplished. So thank you very much Mr Deepak Nayak and his responsible staff. The building process was at high point. From the initial design stage thru to the completion nothing was too difficult and the level of workmanship was incredible. There are minor defects and fixes expected post build and Dev the supervisor is proactive in rectifying which sometimes does it himself.There were also issues during the building process but they were addressed professionally and the outcome were even better. Overall the building quality is great and I would not hesitate to recommend Clarence Homes to friends, relatives or anyone who wants to build a beautifully structured design homes.
