No complaints ever. I will recommend 100% to anyone who wants build a new house. Special thanks to everyone at Meadan Homes to make my life easier and happier.   We would like to thank Meadan Homes for building our dream home. Couldn’t be happier for the great work they put into making our vision a reality. They made the whole process as smooth as possible, from the planning, building process to handover. We had great communication with everyone involved, nothing was missed and all issues were picked up and rectified straight away. The commitment and attention to detail was phenomenal. The quality of the finish was flawless and it was finished on budget as per our schedule. The ladies in the office were so friendly and always ready to help with any enquires that we had. Our building supervisor was great to deal with also. Overall I would highly recommend building with Meadan Homes and if we had to do it all over again Meadan Homes would be our only choice!

The team at Meadan Homes became family. We compared seven final quotes after engaging fifteen local builders. Building any home is an emotional process, an absolute rollercoaster… Meadan Homes knows this, and they are there for you during this process. Meadan Homes' attention to detail and obsessive need to do it the right way gave us a beautiful and quality home delivered below budget and on time.   This review is long overdue, but as my husband and I sat outside and admired our lovely driveway and perfectly painted down pipes we remarked how the detail in our build has been very pleasing. Built during Covid, there were plenty of hurdles to jump, but Meadan jumped the hurdles and finished our house where we now happily reside. The duplex is often admired, and we would recommend Meadan because they have returned to fix any issues and the staff are pleasant and easy to get along with. Sam and Harry and Belinda are a great team.

  I've been working with Sam to get a tender ready for building a new duplex and he has been great and patient helping us through the process and also reviewing all of our design choices and provides good recommendations on how things look. I'd definitely recommend speaking to Sam about building a new home and going through the tender with him. There was a lot of back and forth discussions, and Sam showed a lot of professionalism and patience to look into our responses and always get back to us as soon as he could.

  I cannot recommend the team at Meadan homes highly enough. The start of the project began with the quoting where we metJesse, who was lovely to deal with, made great suggestions but always made it clear that he was very Interested in making sure I was going with my own design and concepts. The pricing came back at a very reasonable price that we were able to add extra jobs to the project. Jesse was always able to be contacted anytime and was extremely organised at returning any questions or feedback in a prompt manner. Then we met our building supervisor Rabih who was the star of the show, he’s was a delight to deal with, it was extremely handy to have the one person to oversee many areas of the renovation. Every concern was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner, always working to keep us happy and was easily available anytime needed, even after hours at times to make sure all jobs were completed. The overall job is now completed and has totally changed and improved our home to a much more modern and functional way. We really love our new spaces especially the kitchen and was exactly what we were hoping it would look like. We would not hesitate to use Meadan Homes again for any future work
