As first-time renovators, the thought of transforming our home was both exciting and overwhelming. Right from our initial meeting with Keegan & Kristy we knew we wanted to work with Blucore. We found their easy going approach combined with their clear communication style & meticulousness was the right mix for us. Keegan and his Team’s attention to detail was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we envisioned for our home & ensured we were always well informed throughout each stage of the renovation. Every decision was made with thought & consideration, and his commitment to prolonging the life of the home was evident in every aspect of the build. The quality of work speaks for itself, but what stood out even more was how Keegan and his team handled challenges. There were a few roadblocks along the way, as with any major renovation, but Keegan was always there with a solution, ensuring we understood the situation and worked tirelessly to deliver the best possible outcome. Throughout the project, we saw firsthand the strong work ethic of Keegan’s entire team. From his team of contractors to the professionals they worked with that we introduced, everyone shared the same level of dedication. We unfortunately encountered significant issues with our pool builder that were well outside of Keegan’s scope, but he and the team went above and beyond to assist us through that challenging process. His support during that difficult time was invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. We developed a great relationship with Keegan and his team along the way – we now consider them friends. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The professionalism, quality of work, and care they put into renovating our home has exceeded all of our expectations & has resulted in a beautiful home we are really proud of.

I recently had a loft built over my existing garage with Blucore and am extremely happy with the result. Not only has it added to the level of accommodation for my family, it has totally transformed the front appearance from a suburban 1980's house to a modern architectural industrial look design. The quality of the build was exceptional and Keegan was always responsive to my many requests and time frames. His workers and sub-contractors are all excellent and were always courteous and pleasant to be around. I would not hesitate to build with Keegan again.

Keegan and the team at Blucore completed a 14 month redevelopment for us in 2018. We had used Blucore on our previous house and knew they were the right fit for this project. Clear, honest communication is critical to the success of a project of our size, knowing where we were with the timing and budget throughout the project was something that was important to us. Keegan would provide us with status updates in a way that suited us and would make himself available for meetings weekly when required. Fierce attention was a must for us, we had very specific ideas of how we wanted things to look and Keegan managed to be more fixated on the finer details than we were! No shortcuts or deviations (unless agreed) from the architect’s plans and vision. The whole team worked seamlessly with the architect and delivered a quality of work that exceeded our expectations right on budget. We get nothing but compliments on the workmanship and final product which is a testament to the meticulous work of the Blucore team. It would be very hard for us to use another company after such a positive experience with Keegan and his team

Blucore Constructions recently engaged our services here at Coastline Garage Doors to install a garage door on one of there recent projects. We can honestly say the workmanship and communication with Kegan and the team was professional and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with Blucore and we look forward to working with them in the future.

We completed a 6 month home renovation build by Blucore Construction in Feb 2017 in North Sydney and we are immensely happy with Keegan and the BluCore team. They have undertaken a significant renovation project which touched on every room in the house, and included major structural and excavation work. Throughout the process we have been extremely happy with the quality of the work, craftsmanship of the builders/carpenters, and the professionalism of Keegan and his carpenters/trades. What we found especially pleasing was the approach Keegan took with attention to detail and checking with us on the finer points to ensure that we were always happy with the design or choice of outcome. Receiving feedback and suggestions on how to make certain items work better given the sometimes tricky building circumstances was excellent. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our renovation and excellent work Blucore has performed in completing this for us. We definitely can recommend using Keegan and Blucore!

Brian & Jenny Cheney – Allambie Heights June 2019 We are absolutely delighted with the transformation Keegan and the Blucore team have done on our tired old home. Not only does it look so fresh and new, the quality of the build is first class and rock solid. These guys know what they are doing. Keegan’s team started in October 2018 and methodically and professionally added a large sunroom, a massive new wrap-around deck with new roofs, a cool storeroom / workshop, completely rebuilt all three bathrooms, replaced all windows and insulated and re-clad the entire upper floor. They also helped source recommended contractors for our kitchen refresh and additional air conditioning. We highly recommend the entire team for their collaborative ‘can do’ approach. They are excellent to work with, have a fantastic work ethic and genuinely want the best outcome for the client. I was most impressed by how they all work so well together especially when the work was not pleasant or easy. As with any large project there were many times we needed to cue and review exactly what we wanted and how it could be built. Keegan and the team took all the angst out of these mid project decisions with their friendly informative approach and always left us feeling together we got the best result. It is not surprising given their experience that we adopted many of their suggestions and are delighted with them. To Keegan’s credit he has always been absolutely on point with cost estimates for the project and how long it should take. We have not helped though by making quite a few variations along the way, but then you do that when you have full confidence in your builder and know you are going to love the result.
