  My journey with Signature started in 2020 and nothing great, it has taken more than 5+ years to deliver H&L on Nelson Road, to an extent we even lost interest and wanted to give up at many stages; having said that after Santhosh and Krati have come into action along with Camille, once construction started they changed my experience and converted 0stars to 5stars. Krati has been extremely great coordinator, very responsive and friendly to communicate with, she even ensured she was part of PCI to ensure things delivered as per the plans. Even though their building costs very high to the inclusions they offer, am hoping the build quality is good. Thank you Krati & team!

  We recently got our home from Signature Properties in Box Bill and, overall, the experience was very smooth. Santosh was helpful during the entire process and also a special thanks to Krati in addressing any key concerns I had. The house build quality is really good and no major issues found. For the given price and location, I believe we couldn't have got anything better in this market. Wishing your team more success in your forthcoming projects.

  We have recently moved into our new home at Signature Terry Road. We are happy with the purchase. Build quality has been good and no major flaws were detected - based on independent building inspection report obtained. The fittings and furnishings provided are of good quality and value for money. However, a few trades/contracts were given to interns I guess - especially where silicone sealant was applied to the bathroom accessories. I've no extensive experience in DIY, still I would have done a good job :) There were a few stuff ups - they missed giving a garden tap in the backyard. Rainwater tank was installed but not connected to power or plumbing. Luckily, they were able to fix it easily, without a major plumbing re-do. But I would recommend spending time and going through the PCI with a fine-tooth comb & do take your drawings/plans with you. With the timelines - it felt like a long time, signed up for land & house in May 2023 and got the handover in Jul 2025. Considering experiences of a few friends, we were okay I guess. It was our lack of experience and due diligence to a certain extent that we have agreed to 200 days build time for a single level house. They have handed it over with limited extensions which they have sighted weather as a reason, couldn't argue with that. One thing which surprised us was that we were told only 2 inspections were allowed prior to handover. One progress inspection and the PCI. Apparently, any builder is supposed to allow for 7 periodic inspections through the build process. One aspect which put us at ease was communication from Krati, who was our Liaison. We never got to meet the building supervisor Simon till the PCI. Krati & Santosh helped us through quite a few decisions/selections, especially when we had to re-do a few. With us getting the house within the contract timelines, I would say hands-down - Krati & Santosh made it happen. Finally, takeaways from our experience: - Run through the build contract with some experienced personnel and make sure you have clauses for periodic inspections and realistic build timelines and financial compensation in case they miss the timelines. - Do not agree to handover, unless all issues per your PCI are fixed. - Overall, the purchase is value for money.
