As I write this review , I am short of words to say how seamless and smooth our journey was to build with Lusso Homes. From start to finish - we had an amazing experience . We approached Lusso Homes after we were recommended by our friends , and to be honest we were a bit hesitant at that point . But to choose them was our best decision . The entire team is highly professional and delivers what they promise , in fact they go up and beyond to put in extra efforts and are very involved in the whole process. I can't thank them enough for building a beautiful custom home which is our pride . We had regular conversations during the process; at every stage there was a personalized touch and transparency. We could approach them at any time if we had any doubts and the team made sure to keep us informed about progress . The final outcome was exactly what we projected it to be like . Special thank you to Ankur and Sanjay for your site supervision and taking all the pain with coordination. Mr Nilesh , Mr Sanjay , Mr Gopal were the pillars behind the project . We continue to have the association with them , Lusso Homes and the team is now like our family and if we ever build again - we would blindly go with them . Highly recommended to every family looking to build a custom home .

Building our custom home with Lusso Homes was an amazing journey. From day one, Sanjay and Gopal were amazing — they are genuinely customer-focused and always made sure our ideas came to life. As we had a lot of custom requests, their “can-do” attitude made the whole process stress-free. Ankur, who was our site inspector at the start of the build, made sure everything on-site ran smoothly and kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much confidence early on. Nilesh handled the finance side brilliantly, keeping everything transparent and easy to understand, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the build. What stood out most was how responsive they were — they always picked up the phone, answered every question, and kept us informed at every stage. They delivered our dream home on time, and even now, almost 10 months after completion, they’re still just as helpful and quick to respond whenever we need anything. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and if we ever build again, we’ll choose Lusso Homes without a doubt. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who truly cares about their customers.

We had an incredible experience with Lusso Homes, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their service is truly top-notch—reliable, transparent, and customer-focused from start to finish. When we met Sanjay at the contract stage, he was completely open and honest about all costs, ensuring there were no surprises down the line. Pranay and Yash, the talented architects, brought creativity and practicality to our floor plan, making sure every detail aligned with our vision. Gopal’s commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional—he goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. Ankur managed the site flawlessly and suggested thoughtful upgrades like WiFi/mobile-based AC controls, which have made a real difference in our daily lives. Nilesh provided excellent project governance and guided us on cost optimization without compromising quality. The entire Lusso Homes team is simply outstanding. We are so glad we chose them for our home, and if you’re considering a builder, do yourself a favor—meet Lusso Homes. You’ll thank me later!

We recently built our new home with Lusso Homes, and the experience was great. Lusso Homes excelled in flexibility as they allowed us to truly customize our home by involving us throughout the build process. Sanjay, Ankur, Gopal and Nilesh all have an "always available" approach. Whether we had questions or needed to discuss details, they were always responsive and ready to assist. Lusso Homes delivered on time and as promised. I would highly recommend Lusso Homes.
