RPF Building

We recently had Andrew, Joseph and the team from RFP repair some storm damage to our home. The supervision and interactions with Andrew were very satisfying, he kept contact with me regarding the progress of the work, the schedule of the workers coming to our house and even found additional damage not originally detected during the assessment process. The workers were competent and polite while at our house. We found their work to be satisfactory and would have no problems using them again if the need arises.

RPF was the builder used by our insurance company (budget direct). I wish we had Andrew from the start of our claim. He went above and beyond to get things sorted and keep the claim moving along. Andrew was an excellent communicator and he ensured all works were completed to a high standard. Highly recommend Andrew.

We want to commend RPF project manager, Chris Seckhold, for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Also, Shane and Steve, who were were a great team and excellent tradesmen, courteous and did a fantastic job. Throughout the project, Chris maintained clear communication, and challenges were addressed promptly, ensuring a professional completion. Our thanks to Chris and the team.

Andrew was a great supervisor/site manager. All the tradies were coordinated very well, all the jobs to be done ran very smoothly. Even the small hiccups were dealt with very quickly, nothing seemed to be a hassle for Andrew. Very quick to reply to phone calls and queries, so easy to dealt with. Highly recommend Andrew

I couldn't be happier with RPF Building. They turned a stressful situation around for me. I was a bit lost with all of the dealings I had with my insurance company and felt like I was flying a bit blind. Once the RPF team was assigned to my case and the assessor came out, he took the time to talk me through exactly what was part of the scope and how we could rectify what had happened with minimal impact to our household and family life, it was smooth sailing from there. The job was completed super quick, and to a high standard. I definitely recommend RPF!

I recently had a claim through Suncorp with repairs carried out by RPF Building, the staff in office and trades were helpful and always phoned back when they said they would. Work was completed to above satisfactory standard took longer than expected due to bad weather but they kept me up to date. They explained a lot more to me than my insurer did! Anyway, I hope I never have to make a claim on my building insurance again but if I do I will request RPF.
