Engagement with Peter prior to construction was seamless, all communication lines were open and nothing was a drama. Our PM Jeff was meticulous and effectively communicated the scope of works to his team, so all trades were efficiently churning away. Jeff’s arrival onsite during the construction, exercised attention to detail working harmoniously with his kind and courteous nature, everything you could hope for whilst renovating your home. Ed our leading hand was truly a cut above, his communication was mirrored from the top down, he was kind, caring and considerate, whilst working in someone’s home with a young family trying to juggle life. All tasks assigned to Ed and his team were executed with pride. At the end of the day the site was clean and tidy, a quick check in and debrief was standard, leaving a sense of calm at days end.
