I had a really positive experience building with Pro Duplex. Right from the beginning, Patrick and his team were easy to talk to and you can tell they genuinely cared about the work they do. I’ve built twice before, once a single home and once a duplex, so I’ve dealt with builders in the past, but this experience was honestly a lot better than what I was expecting. When I first came to Patrick, I already had CDC approved plans but I hadn’t chosen any of the interior finishes, yet no tiles, tapware, appliances, nothing. Patrick helped me go through everything, value engineered the design, and we ended up saving around $100k just by making smarter structural decisions and simplifying things that didn’t need to be complicated. He also helped pick finishes that suited the budget I gave him, without making the house feel cheap. From the other quotes I got, Patrick wasn’t the cheapest upfront, but after comparing what the others excluded, Patrick's quote turned out to have the most value. The whole build went smoothly and they actually finished on time, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Patrick also took the time to explain which upgrades were genuinely worth doing and which ones weren’t going to add much value. One thing that really impressed me was how carefully they reviewed the plans. They suggested small changes here and there, that improved the layout and overall look of the home, things I wouldn’t have thought of myself and you can really see the difference in the final result. Overall I would 100% recommend Patrick and Pro Duplex! They were honest and delivered a home that my wife and I are happily enjoying now. Anyone looking for an architect/builder that will handle the whole process, feel free to reach out to me and I would be happy to share my experience. Yours Sincerely Archie Barlaras

We are actively searching for a builder to build our duplex, I first seen Patrick on social media and was very impressed to see how he genuinely cares about others and wants to help whoever at anytime even when there’s nothing in it for him. We met and discussed our project with Patrick as one of our 3 options and I seriously hope I’m able to give him the business as I feel very comfortable with him and his advice and I know I’m in safe hands. The workmanship we have seen so far is impressive. Whoever is attacking his business with poor reviews must be jealous or threatened in a way as he’s building a fantastic name for pro duplex. Keep up the good pro duplex Warren Braiding

As a builder, I reached out to Pro Duplex for guidance on duplex approvals, design, and subdivision—and I'm glad I did. Their depth of knowledge and willingness to share it made a seemingly complex process straight forward and clear. They didn’t just provide advice—they took the time to explain the nuances and allowed me to leverage their knowledge that reflected real expertise. What really stood out was their character: professional, generous, and genuinely invested in helping others navigate the building space. Based on this experience, Pro Duplex is a company I would confidently consider for any future duplex builds.
