Our experience with Noble Home Builders has been great. We did have quite a lot of uncertainty due to the current construction negativism, especially after Covid. But, Noble Team was clear, responsive and committed from day one. Price was fixed and we didn't have any surprise. The quality of the building is really good. We had minimum amount of defects which were rectified right away. They completed the units as per agreed timeframe - this help us a lot financially. Communication was clear and they were super responsive. This gave us a lot of confident during the process. They seriously worked with us, especially toward the end when we needed access to the property for specific reason - this helped a lot. They did have good spirit of collaboration. My wife and I are really satisfied with the units and looking forward to keeping building with Noble Home Builders Team. A huge thank you to Razia, Ike and Dave.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Noble Homes. From the moment we paid our initial deposit right through to handover, the process of choosing the design, building the home and post handover has been incredible. After hearing so many horror stories from friends / family about the experiences they had with other companies for home and land packages we were skeptical. However we truly feel grateful for choosing Noble Homes. Their level of professionalism and overall proactive approach to building our dream home has been second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend Noble Homes!! Thank you so much!
