John and Ibrahim are very professional and good to communicate with. Project finished, it looks amazing. Ibrahim and John did a great job and done more than what we asked for. Thank you much.

I have just engaged Sacred Homes on my renovation project. From the start, they have been responsive and attentive. Their communication is excellent - they clearly tell me what to expect so we are on the same page from the beginning. On my initial site inspection, Ibby came prepared with printed plans and also brought his site manager Ash. This gave me so much confidence he was serious about my job. Other builders in comparison have looked disinterested and unprofessional. They did not provide quotes within timeframes promised, whereas Ibby showed up early to the site inspection, was prepared for the site, and provided a quote within 48h as promised. It’s important to find people who follow through with promises, and Sacred Homes has done that so far. Ibby helps reassure me that the build will go forward with great communication as hiccups happen along the way! Internal strip out has begun within 1week of signing the quote! Happy days. — Update: 2/11 It’s been almost 2 months since my project began, and 1 month since my last review. The team at Sacred Homes have continued to deliver professional service that I am so happy with. The progress has felt so fast. My old sun room has been stripped out, roof installed and bricks laid. Kitchen designs have been locked in. Bathroom tiles laid. Wow. Throughout this whole process, Ibby has involved me in all the important decisions so nothing comes as a surprise. Where should power points go? What bricks? Etc. The Sacred Homes team have also showed incredible flexibility as I add additions to the original scope. Nothing is ever too hard. I’ve asked for additional quotes on landscaping, changes to the design of the kitchen, additional storage in the bathroom. With each request, Ibby provides advice but always tells me it’s my decision :) The Sacred Homes team is also incredibly honest. There was a rotten timber beam in the wall so we had to add that to the variation - $1200. On closer inspection, it wasn’t rotten! So Ibby told me straight away, rather than pocketing extra money for himself. I would never have known, but Ibby told me upfront. The whole Sacred Homes team are also perfectionists. I see Ibby with the various trades as he monitors the quality of the build. He also goes beyond the standard building requirements to ensure quality. He explained how he was doing 2 coats of waterproofing to make sure there’s no chance of moisture getting in. He made sure all my Down lights were perfectly aligned. He worried about the alignment of my tiles because they were potentially going to be 2mm off. 2 months in and I’m so happy with the progress, communication, quality of workmanship and the whole Sacred Homes team’s professionalism. The proof is in the work. But my first impression was right :) continue to highly recommend!

We are a half way through the renovation with Ibby, but I am already impressed with his efficiency, care for details and transparency. Observing from his efficiency which is above of what we initially expected, I am confident that we should be able to move in to our home earlier. I highly recommend Ibby and his team for anyone who is considering renovation/building project.
