  We have owned two houses in the span of three to four years, both involving house and land deals. The only difference was the choice of builders. After selling our first house, built by reputed project builder, we decided to invest in a property closer to our relatives. I believe we belong to a small group of people who have experience with both a project builder and custom builders. While our experience with the project builder was pleasant, and we were satisfied with the final build, we chose Modern Design Pty Ltd due to the increasing construction costs with project builders. Our decision was based on visiting a few homes they were constructing and speaking with several of their previous clients. Our experience with Modern Design Pty Ltd made us realize what we had been missing with project builders. Here are a few points that made all the difference: 1. We could have a floor plan tailored to our needs and the shape of our land, rather than fitting into pre-made plans. Our experience with the architect was extremely positive – he was patient, made as many changes as we needed, and helped us refine our vision into an even better version on paper. 2. Both Rishi and Daljit were always approachable and accessible. Throughout the build process, we were consistently updated, allowed multiple visits to the construction site, and felt in control as we watched our dreams take shape. 3. One of the greatest advantages of choosing them was the quality and range of their inclusions in the standard package. There were hardly any hidden costs, which was a major concern for us as interest rates increased, impacting our mortgage payments. 4. The selection process was simplified with Daljit accompanying us during each phase and providing valuable advice on our decisions. 5. They managed the requirements of the Council and dealt with all the roadblocks pertaining to the paperwork, never leaving us to fend for ourselves. 6. The biggest advantage was the fact that they completed the project on time with no delays involved in the handover. For anyone looking to build a new home we would strongly recommend Modern Design Pty Ltd, you will not be disappointed!!

  It was a great experience from start to end . Buying land and building your dreams on it to become a tangible design in the most rapid growing market with many existing homes over valued we were brought into confidence from Modern Design . It was a pleasure working with them . They are extremely energetic, promising, confident, professional and genuine in delivery process. We had our house delivered under three months that saved us soo much on ongoing rental expense as a growing family and holding cost. We had no add on costs or suprises or hidden extras provided as we went through the sale and each stage of building . I would recommend them to all my family friends . I really wish them success for the honesty they provide and work ethic they have . This company will definately do wonders in the market and will attract greater good . They deserve to be in the top ranks in no time . I wish you guys all the best
