We recently completed an extension to our home (adding a granny flat) and had a really good experience with Adam Hajje and Mayfair Renovations. Going into this project having had no previous experience with building/renovations we were pretty nervous, especially when confronted with the plethora of rules, regulations, certifications, documentation and “foreign” terminology. Adam guided us (very) patiently through every step. He answered all our layman questions and was always available, often outside of normal business hours. We got hands-on supervision and support from start to finish. Mayfair uses highly skilled specialist teams for the different parts of the build, which we thought worked really well. All the guys in these teams were approachable and their attention to quality control was exceptional. We heard from a number of these teams “Adam only accepts perfect”. Excellent value; open and honest communication; instant problem solving; professionalism and reliability culminating in a great result. A big thank-you to Adam and his teams. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mayfair Renovations.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mayfair for a comprehensive renovation project that involved transforming all our bathrooms and converting a study into a proper bedroom. Our experience with Mayfair was nothing short of exceptional, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the outset, the team at Mayfair displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. The planning phase was thorough, and they took the time to understand our vision and requirements. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project. One of the standout aspects of our experience with Mayfair was their impeccable adherence to the schedule. They not only planned meticulously but also executed the project efficiently, ensuring that all work was completed on time. This reliability significantly reduced any potential stress or disruption to our daily lives, and we were able to enjoy our renovated spaces promptly. Communication with the Mayfair team was consistently easy and transparent. Anthony & Adam recently completed our bathroom and laundry. They were both very knowledgeable in every aspects of the project. They seemed highly experienced in their fields and complemented each other in delivery of a quality work. We found them humble, easy to work with and very communicative. Also finishing the job on time was key to us, which they did. We were kept on the loop of every progress made and all tradesmen working for them were very polite. Thank you both and team for delivering our wonderful bathroom and laundry. Our next project is garage conversion, car port and extension. We are definitely going with them and highly recommend them to others as well.

Mayfair have completed two unique bodies of work for us. One, back to frame renovation with unique specifications including hazardous materials removal, sound proofing, energy conservation and custom design feature installation. The second engagement was for a new extension, the design requirements being set by conservation rules, our requirements for ensuring the extension was in partnership with the existing house, more custom features and ensuring the same level of elevated energy/soundproofing specifications were continued. Both jobs were completed professionally, on time for all work Mayfair were contracted for and meeting all of our requirements. Adam uses a wonderful set of trades who listen to clients and complete quality work. I would definitely recommend working with Mayfair.
