I bought two residential apartments in 2021 in a complex call "Refined by Mayrin" at Lindfield . and the Builder’s Name Mario Khaicy and Company is Northpoint Construction whom completed the construction of a residential complex, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. • Quality of Work: The craftsmanship throughout the project is exceptional. Every stage was completed with precision, and the final result reflects a high level of skill and pride in their work. • Project Management: The builder kept the project on schedule and maintained clear communication at every step. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and transparently. • Professionalism: The entire team was respectful, reliable, and committed to delivering a top‑quality outcome. The site was always well‑organised and safely managed. • Outcome: The completed residential complex is beautifully finished, structurally sound, and built to a standard that will last for years. I am extremely satisfied with the result and would confidently recommend the Builder’s Name Mario Khaicy and Company is Northpoint Construction to anyone seeking a highly qualified and trustworthy builder. Their expertise and dedication truly set them apart.

I am more than happy to write a review for Northpoint Construction Group. Despite all the warnings and anxiety about buying off the plan, our experience with our off-the-plan unit could not have gone better. The apartment was amazing, the Northpoint manager, George, was attentive, proud of his work, and walked us through with the real estate agent to show us every aspect of the apartment on the day of settlement. We immediately felt at home and knew we had made the right choice. Now five years later we are looking for a three bedroom unit to buy as we need the space we will only buy a unit built by Northpoint.

I never thought I’d put “builder” and “excellent” together in a Google review but my recent experience with Northpoint Construction Group was exactly that! Charbel and the Northpoint team are excellent builders who genuinely care about their work. They showed wonderful initiative, were proactive, and they saw everything through to completion. Charbel was always one step ahead and his communication was superb. I highly recommend Northpoint Construction Group and I’m grateful my home was built by them. I really appreciated how pre-emptive and professional they were. Thank you Northpoint for everything!

Northern Life Baptist Church engaged Northpoint Constructions to construct its new 5-storey ministry centre at 1 Pretoria Parade in Hornsby. Northern Life also purchased a ground floor apartment in the Vision Apartments building at 3 Pretoria Parade. In both cases we found that the construction and finishes by Northpoint Constructions were of excellent quality and the service was outstanding. Any defects were minor and rectified in good time.

First class builders with strong attention to detail and quality. I purchased off the plan and moved into my new apartment and have been there for 6 months now. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, all the way from the purchase, build phase, handover and ongoing service that is offered. The Northpoint team is very responsive and professional with the way they manage their projects. Strongly recommended.
