We are absolutely stoked with the service provided by Jayden and his team! The experience started at the first contact with Jayden receiving his excellent response and communication skills! He came on a Sunday as confirmed at the time he said he would. He was honest, fair and had great suggestions and recommendations to help us make the necessary decisions. This continued throughout the whole job, where Jayden was fast to respond to any of our questions. We always felt like his number one priority and were always well informed. The job took a week to complete to replace all the beams and fabricate our new deck. The timber supplied and quality of his work was second to none. His apprentices were well mannered, friendly, reliable and respectful. There were always conscious of us working from home and were extremely neat and clean at the end of each day they were here. We have no hesitation in recommending Jayden and his team and will definitely be using their service again in the future! Thank you for helping us to create the perfect space for our home! Extremely happy with the service, professionalism and workmanship from Jayden and his guys. Can't fault the responsiveness to my online enquiry, he was measuring and quoting the same day. Work started within a week and the guys smashed out the job. Comms throughout were excellent, and the standard of work is extremely high. Would recommend Lucid, and will be seeking them out for the next project.

Lucid Building and Construction demolished our existing deck and then rebuilt a new deck and staircase. They were super responsive, very quick, provided great value and worked with in professional manner at all times. They problem solved numerous issues where the new deck and the existing deck roofing that was being retained provided issues. I cannot remember a team that worked harder and never stopped. The new Modwood deck looks great and we are very happy. I highly rate and recommend Lucid Building and Construction.

The boys pulled down the original timber deck that was rotting and replaced it with a beautiful composite deck. Pricing is very competitive and everyone on the team at Lucid Team was excellent to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I really appreciated how Jayden was always responsive and communicative in every step of the process. Highly recommend.
