Sloane was my builder for a custom designed double storey duplex project in the East Lake Macquarie area. Right from the get go he was a good communicator, always followed through and easy to work with. This has been extremely helpful during a time of timber supply issues, bad weather and general impacts of covid. While it's been a challenging time to take on a build, I'm very happy I went with Sloane Homes who has delivered during this difficult period and now have the end result of two beautiful and well built properties. I can definitely recommend Sloane as a reliable and valuable partner for a home build.

Sloane and his team did a magnificent job to build our wonderful new custom design home ahead of schedule and with an exemplary level of quality. He was fully engaged in the planning process even before having a signed contract with sound advice and suggestions. Sloane organised the build process so that the work progressed in a seemingly continuous manner, meaning minimal exposure to the weather and on time completion, unlike many other builds we see in the area. Sloane was always accessible, responsive and easy to talk to. He took care of some interesting challenges in our design without any fuss and with good communication. We are thrilled with our new home, thanks to Sloane's great work and he continues to respond to any small concerns after completion of the build. Sloane has the highest integrity, a really honest person to deal with and gets the job done properly, which is the same message we got from two of his previous local clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Sloane and his team to build my dream home. Never having built a house before, I had no idea what was involved and how many choices I had to make, it can be very over whelming at times, but Sloane made the whole process as easy as possible from start to finish. I always found Sloane to be honest and easy to work with, he is always very patient (even when I changed my mind a dozen times about something) and makes himself available to talk or answer questions about the progress of the build. Nothing is too much trouble, even moving interior walls because I decided a mud room would look pretty or I need more storage. Sloane has an awesome team of people he works with that spent many hours with me choosing just the right tiles, colour scheme and fixtures. My house was built to a very high standard and I am so happy with the final result. I can highly recommend Sloane Homes to build your dream home too. (not convinced come and see mine 😊 )

We decided to build with Sloane Homes after meeting with Sloane. We found Sloane Homes on line and didn't know Sloane before building. At our first meeting we found Sloane to be friendly, open and flexible with our ideas. We had discussions with the main project builders, but went ahead with Sloane. Very glad we did. Our house was completed in 6 months and to a very high standard of workmanship. Sloane was on site every working day, either working or supervising the work of the trades. We approached Sloane Porth from Sloane homes when we were trying to decide between a new build and a renovation in July 2021. We are an older couple who had a past experience with a builder who went bankrupt around 25 years ago on a previous build, we were very cautious , sceptical ,and hesitant when we started this new journey.From the moment we met Sloane we liked him, and felt we could trust him. Sloane throughout our build was organised ,he communicated well with us on all aspects of the build .The build schedule was to time which in these times of Covid and supply disruptions was surprising .Sloane was open to changes during the build where possible with our custom build , he also recommended some changes for the better which we appreciated.
